Onerent Names Intero Real Estate Chairman Bob Moles to Board of Directors

SAN JOSE, CA – May 17, 2017: Onerent, a leading technology-enabled leasing and property management service, today announced that Bob Moles has joined its Board of Directors. Bob is the Chairman of Cupertino-based Intero Real Estate Services and brings decades of deep real estate industry experience in rapidly scaling top real estate companies globally.
Bob built Intero Real Estate Services into one of the Top 25 real estate companies nationally with more than $5 billion in sales volume. In addition to his duties as Chairman, Bob currently serves as a Board of Director with Trulia and Heritage Bank of Commerce. Bob is widely regarded as a distinguished leader in the industry and a keen observer in the areas of policy and market trends.

In 1997, Mr. Moles was named President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate Corporation, the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization. Prior to Century 21, Mr. Moles was President/CEO of Contempo Realty, Inc., in Santa Clara, CA. Under his leadership, Contempo’s annual transaction volume grew from $85 million to more than $2.4 billion.
Prior to joining Intero, Bob was the President and CEO of the Real Estate Franchise Group of Cendant Corporation, the largest franchiser of residential and commercial real estate brokerage offices in the world. As CEO of the group, Moles managed real estate companies such as Century 21, Coldwell Banker, and Sotheby’s International Realty. He oversaw more than 13,000 franchised offices and 262,800 brokers and agents worldwide. Bob also served as President and CEO of Century 21 Real Estate, the world’s largest residential real estate sales organization. Prior to Century 21, Bob was at the help of Santa Clara, CA based company, Contempo. Contempo’s annual transaction volume grew from $85 million to more than $2.4 billion under Bob’s leadership.
Bob’s intent focus to develop value-add services for agents comes at a pivotal time when Onerent is beginning to establish brokerage-level partnerships with top producing sales brokerages across the Bay Area and Seattle to allow agents to offer a unique and integrated leasing and property management service to their clients.
