Repair and maintenance services are provided under our Basic and Full-service Management packages only. Our maintenance team and system offer seamless 24/7 support for your residents for any maintenance issues and emergencies. We coordinate and communicate with the tenants, owner, and vendor for nearly all maintenance scenarios.

Our vendor network is third-party, licensed, insured and bonded professionals. Onerent’s scale allows us to work with larger scale facilities groups and drive reasonable, consistent pricing for thousands of properties and owners.   1. Gather necessary information about Ongoing Issue from tenants
  2. Provide Troubleshooting via Phone, Email, or Live Video Chat
  3. Priority Level Set
  4. Owner Receives Notification
  5. Owner Selects Onerent or a Preferred Other Vendor
  6. Onerent dispatches vendor
  7. Owner receives updates via dashboard
  8. Maintenance is resolved
  9. Onerent fronts cost to vendor
  10. Maintenance cost taken out of next month’s rent disbursement to owner
